Location

The history and culture of Metro-Detroit makes this region the ideal place to hold this event. Music is not only a huge part of Detroit; in many ways music IS Detroit. With such a wide array of musical genres and history in play both in Southeastern Michigan and the Midwest region, there is a substantial demand for this event.

Rock Financial Showplace is a privately owned and operated convention center located in Novi, Michigan. Rock Financial Showplace is conveniently located and accessible from all major highways, is only twenty minutes from Detroit Metropolitan Airport, and thirty minutes from downtown Detroit. The facility is located just one mile from Michigan’s largest shopping district, and Novi offers ample entertainment, dining and lodging options.

Media Partners

The Metro Music Expo has an extensive multi-level marketing campaign that begins with partnerships with TV, radio and print. Fox 2 Detroit has signed on as MME’s television partner and is using the event to host their “Fox Rocks” contest. Radio partners include WRIF, WCSX, 89X, 107.1 Ann Arbor, and that is just the start. Metro Times weekly is serving as the MME’s print partner and will be the exclusive producer of the Official Event Program. With the far-reaching ad schedules and promotional backing from its partners, MME guarantees it will increase brand exposure of participants that far exceeds typical event marketing.
